THE MOVE
So I decided to move from the fish camp to a friends horse farm.
The reason for the move was because mainly I was just to far away from where I do most of my work (The Villages). Also most of the snowbirds at the fish camp moved north for the winter so it was a little on the lonely side. Not to mention I am now on an awesome private lot overlooking horses.
Just help deliver a baby horse this morning (who would have figured).
Libby (the owner of the farm) named the horse after me. "Little Jiga"
Pretty cool stuff!
This is the only pic I have as of now but will post better ones soon:

7: The Arrival
The Arrival:
Well no update in a while because it took me a little while to get internet down here.
Well the trip down here was not fun at all. I made the mistake of taking 81, 77 south.
I pulled my work trailer through the mountains of NY,PA,VA through snow storm after snow storm. There was one point when I was sliding down the side of a mountain with Tractor trailers screwing by me. Not fun at all!
I must say I was quite impressed with the 200,000 mile transmission in my explorer. She sure got a workout.
Snowstorms aside, If I had known how many inclines I would have to climb, I would never had taken that route pulling a trailer.
It normally would take me 18 hours to get from CT. to FL. on rt.95 in a car.
Well it took me 30 hours straight through this time.
Like I said, Not fun at all.
That being said, I am here and I love it!!!!!
I will update more now that I have internet set up, And will post pics as soon as I get them uploaded.
JEFF
Well I have not gotten around to taking many pictures since I have been down here, But here are a few:
View of the campground from the water:
My neighbor Ronnie with a small one:
View from the boardwalk:
12 fish were caught on this day. 9 of them being mine!!!!!! But I ran out of film.
They say the fishing has been real bad down here this winter. I guess you could compare it to fishing up north during the summer if you mix in the occasional 8-10 pounder.
Once I get a boat this summer, I will be taking plenty of pics. Hopefully of that 18 pounder!
Hope all is well back home. 85 and sunny here!

6: THE JOURNEY BEGINS
Well it is Tuesday (12/4/07) 4:00 pm and I am finally off!
My schedule got pushed back a day because of an issue with my work trailer.
It had shot bearings in one of the hubs.
I am just glad I noticed it now, Instead of on the road!
I will be posting any good or bad things that happen to me along the way on this page.
Wish me luck.
